Are You a Prosperity Magnet?

Would you like to become a receiving station for prosperity?  The attitude that attracts prosperity into your life is found in Psalm 118.

Psalm 118 Index CardPsalms 118:24-25 (NKJV)
24 This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now, I pray, O Lord; O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.

According to the Psalmist, it is okay to pray a prayer that goes something like this: “O Lord, send prosperity now!”  The first thing you have to settle in your heart of hearts is that prosperity is God’s will for your life.  God created “today” and one of the things He wants to fill it with is prosperity.

You become a prosperity magnet when you adopt and maintain an attitude of rejoicing and being glad.  Question: Can your attitude be summed up as one of rejoicing and being glad or are you always acting like the cruise director for the Titanic?

You become a receiving station for prosperity when you adopt and maintain an attitude of rejoicing and being glad because that is the attitude that will attract prosperity into your life.  An attitude of rejoicing and being glad can be summed up with the word joy.  Joy can be defined in two ways.  First, joy refers to a spontaneous emotion which is expressed in some visible manner.  Second, joy is an inner happiness that is not based on external circumstances.

The challenge in every person’s life is the battle between responding to life versus reacting solely to what you see and how you feel.  Rejoicing and being glad means you respond to life instead of just reacting to your circumstances all the time.

To help you respond instead of react, here is an affirmation you can write on an index card and say periodically during the day: “My attitude is one of rejoicing and being glad and God fills my life with prosperity and success.”  The challenges of life will prompt you to react instead of respond, but if you will confess God’s Word, you will attract more prosperity into your life.

We have a new resource that will help you attract more prosperity into your life.  It is a 2-Disc DVD and CD resource called Receiving the Impossible into Your Life.  Click here to find out more.
